9. Correction of Personal Information

When requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is not true, our service will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves, promptly conduct necessary investigations within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and based on the results, correct the personal information and notify the customer (or notify the customer if it is decided not to make the correction). However, this does not apply when our service is not obligated to make corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

When requested by a customer to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or was acquired through deception or other improper means, and it is found that the request has merit, our service will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves and promptly suspend the use of the personal information and notify the customer.
